I love colour and it was quite a challenge for me to think of an interesting and funky design predominantly in silver. So I chose cream Harmatan leather and I decorated tyvek in silver for the covers. The book’s structure is known as simplified binding – the technical demands of which bely its title! I have bound an open/blank book entitled Sterling Stuff so that it can lend itself to a variety of uses. Sterling Stuff is for sale at the Summer Exhibition at the Devon Guild, Bovey Tracey for £170.
